Production timeline

Production time depends on quantity, fabric, print method and current workload, so we confirm a date with your quote rather than quoting a blanket figure we might miss. The clock starts when you approve the mock-up, not when you first message us.

If you have a tournament date, tell us at the quote stage. We'll confirm in writing whether it is achievable before you commit — and say so plainly if it isn't.

Where we deliver

We deliver across India through established national courier partners. The courier is chosen based on your destination and confirmed with your order. Some pin codes may not be serviceable; we'll check yours before you place the order.

Delivery charges

Delivery is quoted with your order and depends on weight, quantity and destination. It appears as a separate line on your quotation, so there is no hidden charge at the end.

Tracking

We share the courier name and tracking number on WhatsApp as soon as your order is dispatched.

Delays

Courier delays, weather and public holidays can affect transit times. If your order is running late, we'll tell you as soon as we know rather than waiting for you to ask.

If something arrives damaged

Photograph the parcel and the item before unpacking further, and message us within 48 hours. See Cancellations & Returns.
