These terms apply to this website and to orders placed with The Jersey Dugout. Placing an order means you accept them.

What we sell

Made-to-order custom cricket jerseys and related teamwear. Every item is produced to the artwork and specification you approve, so it is made for you specifically and cannot be resold.

Pricing and quotes

• The ₹499 per jersey shown on this site is an indicative starting price, not a fixed price.
• The estimate shown in the jersey builder is illustrative only. It multiplies the starting price by your quantity and does not account for fabric, print method, sizes, artwork complexity, taxes or delivery.
• Your binding price is the written quotation we send you. Nothing is charged through this website.
• Quotations are valid for 7 days unless we state otherwise.
• Prices are inclusive/exclusive of GST as stated on your quotation.

First-order offer

• 10% off applies to a customer's or team's first order only.
• One offer per customer or team.
• It applies to the jersey value before delivery charges and taxes.
• It must be claimed before the order is confirmed. We cannot apply it afterwards.
• It cannot be combined with any other offer or discount unless we confirm otherwise in writing.
• We may withdraw or change the offer at any time. If we do, we will remove it from this website and from our ads. Any offer already applied to a confirmed order still stands.

Artwork, spelling and approval

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you send us: team name, player names, numbers, spellings and logo files. We produce exactly what you approve. Please check the mock-up carefully — once approved, changes may not be possible or may carry a cost.

By sending us a logo or design, you confirm you have the right to use it. We may decline artwork that appears to infringe someone else's trademark or copyright, and we do not reproduce official team, league or brand kits.

Colours

Colours on your screen can differ from printed fabric. We will tell you where a match is uncertain. Minor variation in shade is not treated as a defect.

The content, design and images on this site belong to The Jersey Dugout. Please don't copy or republish them without permission. We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
